Compare Hotels with Room Service in Orange County

"I hate leaving bad reviews, I really do. But it needs to be said. Probably one of my worse hotel experiences I’ve had. I’ve stayed in different hotels nationwide, and I’ve never had to pay for parking. I’m used to getting my room serviced every day and getting restocked with clean towels because, well, that’s the norm right? You have to request every day to get your room serviced and I had to ask for more towels. Two towels for family of four doesn’t cut it. Yes hotel is very nice, but I won’t be staying there again."

"The room was very dark and out dated, also had a slight sour smell, like the AC filters needed cleaning. I called to change room and nothing was available. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and 2 of the 3 coffee machines were broken on the third day. Very convenient to the park via a quick uber ride. Kinda far to walk but it could be possible. Swimming pool was clean and only 1 hot tub was hot."

"Rocio at the front desk was very kind and helpful! The hotel is a bit of a maze and I wish the rooms were cleaned more regularly than every three days but all in all very nice experience I would come back"

"Walls are SUPER thin. I could hear my neighbors anytime they were in the room. I finally had to have management go at 2:30 in the morning and have them be quiet. The night staff was excellent. The doors also don’t shut tightly. The usb port on the lamp was broken and they said they’d have maintenance come look at it. Well they never did. So there is one usb in the room with the lamp one out. Parking is an additional cost. This was not made apparent when booking. I used to believe that if it is just a room to sleep in I could deal with less than ideal accommodations, but I take that back now. Spend a little extra money and get something a little nicer. Treat yourself. "
