"The one staff member (male 30ish, on till 11pm every night ) was great! But the girl that was on from 11-7 was horrific, try asking a question at the front desk and she would hang up Rod phone on you. "

"This is our go-to hotel in Bismarck. The building is older, but it's alway clear, the staff is nice and the breakfast is good. You can't beat it, for the price!"

"Checked into my room and there were absolutely no towels, the mini-fridge was missing and the bathroom sink faucet was not tightly held to the counter (I could move the base of it side to side and needed both hands, one to hold it and one to turn it on to use it). I contacted the front desk and was moved to a different room which didn't have any bar soap for handwashing in the bathroom and was missing a bathmat and several towels. There were wrappers under the pull out sofa bed and under the bed next to the wood that's suppose to prevent items from getting underneath the bed. Lastly, the ice machine was not working, and the closest one would have taken me two floors up or two floors down which was inconvenient. I have always had pretty good luck, but this stay was an exception to that average. The staff have always been nice and helpful when they could be and being able to have my dogs stay with me keeps me coming back. "
