Front desk guy was not at all friendly. He verged on being ignorant. He snapped yes/no answers when I asked questions. He didn't smile once. I had included instructions in my booking that were not even considered. The air conditioning ran all night but didn't cool off the room. The breakfast was good - waffles, sausage rounds, egg rounds, cold/hot cereal, breads, juices, yogurt, good coffee; but no fruit. Beds were comfortable.

Friendly staff but lobby smelled of urine when I arrived. Room was small (just big enough for the bed with a small amount of space on either side) which was ok since I just needed a bed for the night. TV did not work (no signal). Room was clean. Thin walls; some noise from the halls.

A very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast wasn't great, but not bad. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

Great staff clean room

Very nice and accommodating staff, nice clean room. They offer coffee tea and water 24/7 which was really nice and breakfast until ten. Would stay again

Heat was on all night, turned on AC and still didn’t make a difference. Hotel room is small bed was comfortable and shower good everything we needed was OK next-door. Neighbors TV was very loud but called front desk staff and they took care of her right away this place was just OK.

Location was great for our needs. Although an older building, stay was fine. Quiet and great breakfast. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. Only negative point was that the bed creaked and pillows too large and lumpy.
