It was great. My room was really nice and spacious and had the full kitchen. Everything was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. If I’m ever in the area looking for a place to stay, I will be back.

A good stay

The room was clean, but we did have 1 bug on the wall. The television was not connected and we had problems getting the correct channels as the directory in the room was not helpful. Otherwise, the amenities were great and it was a quiet location and a good price.

The room I got was so smelly. I had to go to nearby Walmart to get a room freshener to make it livable before I could sleep. Never again to any Red Roof.

Grossest room I’ve ever stayed in. Apparent unrepaired water damage in multiple places in room, dried food on stove and under the bed.

I had a king suite with a kitchenette. There were no pans,dishes, utensils, nothing. There wasn't even a coffee maker or coffee amenities in the room. The hairdryer was broken. The toilet handle was broke and each time i used the facilities i had to reach in the back of the water reservoir to flush. There were no hangers to hang clothing in closet. Plug in tub was broken and the foundation under the tub made me feel like i was going to fall into the room below me.

Checked in at hotel late, about 11pm. Went to sleep. Went to take shower in the moring at the shower curtain was completely coved with mold. Checked out of hotel asap. Informed the lady at tge front dwsk about the mold and she stated" yes we know about the mold. We have new curtains on order." I asked why would you rent a room that you know has mold? She did not have answer.

Reservations Issues, hotel is dirty

I reserved a "Suite, 2 Double Beds, Accessible, Non Smoking (Kitchen, Roll-In Shower)". Upon arrival was told that the rooms with a roll in shower were already taken. Received a accessible room with a tub and shower chair instead. If there were no rooms available with a roll in shower at the time I booked, I shouldn't have been available to book it or it shouldn't have been given away if I already had it reserved. Hotel was dirty, There was paint on the tv and dirty floor. The bed was bumpy and not comfortable.
