"When we arrived, we were upgraded. Room was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Restaurant on site had delicious food along with a beautiful bar and lounge area. A little too cold to enjoy the beach, but can’t wait to come back and warmer weather."

"Overall, the hotel was good, but not great. Our stay was two nights, and we were able to rest well. The service at the front desk was not consistent. It really depended on who was working. The morning staff were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond. The evening and night staff were just okay. Room cleanliness was also average. We stayed in a junior suite. The bed was comfortable, and the space was larger than expected, which was a nice surprise. However, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was hair and soap scum still in the bathtub. The bathroom trash can was rusted, and the shower head was, too. Breakfast was not included with our booking, so I can't speak to the quality or experience of the breakfast. For a Hilton hotel, these are straightforward and relatively inexpensive issues that should be addressed."
