Industrial area with limited food offerings nearby and no pharmacy/ quick shops close (except Costco). Interior hallways were updated and fresh. Elevator shows it's age. Bedrooms are serviceable but not noteworthy. Small TV, no closet, decent sized dressers, ample lighting, good blackout curtains. Downside was lumpy/ squeaky bed, wall HVAC, off tub stopper, and noise from adjacent Burger King. Staff was helpful. JFK shuttle was punctual and clean. If you just need sleep on a layover and aren't picky about food, this spot will do the trick at about $200-225 less than TWA hotel.

Comfortable rooms for the price. The guy who checked us in was interesting. I asked to be on the shuttle list for 6 am. He proceeded to tell me about his horrible experience coming in to jfk. How we will be lucky to get thru security in time...on and on. LOL. In the morning the shuttle.got us there just fine, we were thru security quickly and all went well.

The front desk staff was very friendly and nice. The night time shuttle driver on October 18 (older white man) was very personable and nice.The shuttle driver the morning of October 19 (younger black man) was VERY RUDE. He never said that he was ready to load, he opened the back door of the van and just stood there while guests had to load their own luggage, never spoke a word the entire drive to the airport. Didn’t take us to our terminals, he dropped us off at Federal Circle. Got out, opened the back door of the van and just stood there while the guests had to unload their luggage. He never spoke a word. Perhaps not the right job for him.

The shuttle was punctual ,the driver was kind and provided all the necessary information. The room was smelly and dusty with the scent of sewer gas coming up from the drain in the shower.
