I liked the staff and cleanliness I didn’t like the small front lobby, which included the breakfast area, the small dated room with only one electrical plug. It was great exercise walk away from shopping… it’s ok for a night or two…shuttle to and from Airport

Excellent for an overnight stay very close to airport. Property is dated but comfortable. They have a pick up and drop off to airport very convenient. Overall a good place to stay if just passing through.

One night in Five Town Hotel.

This was a layover stay for 14 family members before we all went our different ways either air or ground. We had a large pizza party in the lobby area, no one bothered us. We cleaned up immaculate.

Expensive for a basic and dated hotel.

Very expensive for an extremely basic and dated hotel that isn’t even that close to the airport. Very clean and tidy and staff friendly. Shuttle only runs on the hour and due to the works at JFK you have to get the airtrain to meet it which easily adds 20 mins to the journey!

Offers great value for an airport hotel, second time used. However their bus shuttle to JFK is not ideal when flying in from UK. They need to email customer sooner to explain rather than leave you sitting for hours after a long haul flight!
