"First of all it was absolutely beautiful… second the staff went about and beyond to make life better for you … they always greeted you with a smile …. Third it was so close to many great restaurants and sites….but on the bad side you couldn’t sit in your room comfortably, no drawers to put your clothes in so you literally lived out of your suitcase …. To get laundry done you had to bring it down the street and have it done … the restaurant was disappointing as in the evening you could see the food in front of you … I used my cell phone the two times I ate at the restaurant… we asked for hot water for our room to make decaf coffee and the manager was extremely rude and said no they sell tea and coffee …. But the kind waiter brought it up to us … he could have been mi see about it ….the breakfast buffet was delicious and always changing …after three weeks of staying there we never got tired of it ….if it wasn’t for the amazing staff and their kind smiles I would return because of the restaurant manager( he was shorter and arrogant) so you know who talking about"
