This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Marrakech. From the very first night, there were constant pleasure noises and the smell of cannabis throughout the hotel. To make matters worse, I even found blood stains on the duvet completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5 star. When I raised these issues, the manager pretended to help but instead offered me a room closer to the guest smoking cannabis. I’ve stayed at the Savoy before and it was never this bad, but the standards have dropped drastically. It now attracts the worst type of crowd, taking advantage of its 5 star label and pricing without delivering the experience. Save yourself the disappointment and choose elsewhere stick with renowned brands like Four Seasons or Fairmont, where quality and service are consistent.

One of the most beautiful resorts in Marrakech — its rating doesn’t truly reflect the level of enjoyment, exceptional service, and warm hospitality offered to guests. The rooms are modern and spacious, and every service — from housekeeping to guest relations to the pool team — is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is also impressively large, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes. I was pleasantly surprised with a birthday celebration: my room was beautifully decorated, and I was presented with a birthday cake and a lovely bouquet of flowers. It was truly a remarkable experience, and one I will definitely repeat. My only suggestion would be to introduce some entertainment activities at the pool — it’s spacious and perfectly suited for that.

Beautiful 5 star property. All staff were amazing especially Sarah who checked us in the hotel efficiently. Sarah was amazing and helped us check in at 12:00 when our check in was supposed to be at 15:00. All facilities were amazing including pools , rooms and breakfast buffet . So much variety for everyone to choose from . Will definitely be coming back to Marrakech just for Savoy Le Grande Hotel !
