Quite a disappointing stay. This riad was not at all as described. Very over priced for what you got. We did not have hot water or water draining in shower until almost last day. Very basic room. However it is a good location if you want to be in the Medina. The staff and service was very good, the food in restaurant was good.

Both our room and the public facilities were beautiful, well maintained and clean. The Palais Moulay is conveniently located inside the Medina but only about 1 minute walk to the gate so very easy for transfers, tours etc. All the staff were friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay again.

excellent location

check in took a bit long but the receptionist was very friendly. he explained everything well and even helped us planning our days. pool was excellent, beautiful and couldnt ask for anything more. bar staff were amazing, they remembered my order - guest recognition! this is very important and i was absolutely stunned! however you can hear everyone walking around at night or early mornings; my room was 114 and i could hear staff cleaning and preparing their stations and utensils at night time (10pm around) which was a bit annoying. breakfast was good. small but they have everything you want.

A lovely stay to finish our trip in Marrakech. The hotel is beautiful, particularly the pool area and the staff are very attentive. It was great to kick back and relax and have the option to have food and drinks at the poolside. The location is great, a short walk from a taxi drop off point, as well as being very close to the wonderful souks and shops. We felt very safe staying here! It is much larger than the other riads we stayed on during our trip, that were a little more peaceful. But still felt like a calm oasis just off the busy streets.

The staffs were friendly and very accommodating. They have good choices of food for breakfast. I love the Moroccan vibe/style of the hotel. Hotel is close to everything. Walking distance to the night market. Overall, highly recommend.

Beautiful Riad, however my room (109) was close to the staff entrance. Staff coming on shift early morning, chatted with each other, which wakened me up. Room was spacious but the box which was the clothes hanging area was too small and shabby. The room needs a fridge, to keep bottled water chilled.

We upgraded to a deluxe room, which was more spacious. We were glad we had a room away from the pool, as I imagine you would be disturbed by noise, even though the pool area was closed by 11 pm. The customer service was attentive and helpful with any issues or advice we needed. Breakfast was okay, but I was glad of the air conditioning as it was 40°C and worked well. Top tips: - Take a travel hair dryer as you have to borrow from reception. - Ear plugs. - Prepare for a hard bed mattress. - Pool cold but refreshing - Pizzas ace . Our teens loved them along with the juices

Best place to stay in Marrakech

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is well staffed and the staff go out of their way to help and are all bilingual. The pool is beautiful and clean. The whole hotel is wonderfully clean. The location is perfect for visiting the markets. The food and buffet breakfast is amazing too.

The pool was beautiful and so refreshing after a day in the heat. The Riad opened straight out into the markets and was a 5-min walk to the main square and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were small but functional - limited storage space. Taxis are unable to drive to the door of the Riad so will need to walk for 3 min

Staff very helpful and could not do enough for you. Great little idea with traditional tea and biscuits in the lobby We had NO hot water in our room for the duration of our stay. Air con was good. Could do with a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was very good No alcoholic drinks of any kind for sake if you want anything
