The staff and food were the two things that really impressed us during our stay. We felt well pampered and looked after. The staff were also fantastic with our child. Having a heated pool and access to the water park was a great treat. The pool might be the cleanest outdoor pool I've ever used. The shuttle into old town was also a nice feature. A fantastic place to rest and relax!

The staff were friendly and always ready to serve. The location was good, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to market, however I found the drop off and pickup location not to be ideal. The hotel also offers a free pickup from the airport but doesn’t provide a free drop off to the airport, thought this is odd! Overall this hotel provided me with a good experience!

The pools and waterpark were great. One of the pools was heated which was good for one of the cooler days. The free shuttle bus into Marrakech was much appreciated, so we could do some sight-seeing. All of the staff were super friendly and looked after us.
