"Hotel Alameda has been my home every time I come to Morelia for the last 50 years and always has been pleasent this time when we arrived my wife ask for room number 108 they say no problem we will give you room 108 few seconds later the lady in the reception area said you need to pay additional 350 pesos, I told the reception lady that we are customers of the hotel for the last 50 years and never before we have to pay additional charges on room request she said sorry is company policy she didn’t care I was loyal customer or expedia member she said if you want the room for what you paid do it directly at the hotel I told her I always do my reservations with expedia and was not polide to say that I guess I need to change hotels when I come to Morelia"
