Room was very clean. Wait staff and entertainment crew were very polite and courteous. had 2 rooms on one booking and they roomed us so far apart. we were on different blocks. Tried asking for a change and they said that was it. They couldn't do much because we booked with a third party. Crazy that they treat us like 2nd class because we didnt book directly with the Hotel. They front desk staff gave us the run around, so we just let it be.

our room was great. The cleaning lady always had it done back up so nice. we had problems with our elevator. I have a handicap, but it makes it hard for me to go up and downstairs and four days of our stay the elevator didn’t work and there was really nobody to tell. Tried calling the lobby, but never got an answer. anytime we ate. The staff was so friendly no matter where we ate, and Always took care of all our needs.
I was always sure the rainbow would end in Jamaica and on this day we had a double rainbow

Staff was amazing - especially the entertainment team... they made it super fun for everyone. Food was decent, although the fruits weren't quite up to expectation (some were frozen, etc.). Pool should be a bit warmer, and some maintenance needs work, but it's also just after the hurricane so makes sense they are playing catchup. We would definitely go back!

The resort was nice. Good food and great staff. However the beach was very dirty. We had to leave the resort just to go snorkeling. Also, this resort is three resorts in one. Expedia takes pictures of all three, but you only get to use yours unless you want to pay more. Kinda deceiving if you ask me.

Jamaica was still recovering from the hurricane so the resort was not fully occupied (some rooms still being repaired and an elevator and ATM machine not working. The maid service and food were excellent. My bid annoyance was the front desk staff - they were not pleasant nor were they helpful. They put my brother, his wife, and son in a small room with one bed and a pullout couch while putting two teenagers in a large corner room with ocean views and two beds. I couldn't tell if they were mean or incompetent.

We were told by Expedia and Iberostar, prior to leaving...that there were no renovations, everything was open, and beaches were clear. Rooms were not up to par, electricity was out in many of the hallways and at night it was DARK (so dark my friend roller her ankle with a tool exposed), musty odors in the rooms, elevators weren't all working, and guest services lied to us.

Breakfast and lunch was the exact same every day for 6 days. There are no other options. Very loud all night until 1 or 2am and there is no where to sit unless you get to at 6am and throw a towel on the seats. Staff had hprroble attitudes which we forgave because they are going through a lot in their personal lives but we kept getting the feeling that we were an inconveinance even if it was just asking for a drink from the lobby bar.
