“My stay was overall excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the service throughout the hotel was great. The only issue was that the room had an older safe, coffee maker, and outlets that weren’t working properly. However, the team addressed the problem promptly once I reported it. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I really enjoyed my stay.”

It's too Ghetto. They need to do better! Too loud. TOO MUCH hip pop music. They need to cancel the rui party; felt im a strip club party. Might as well call rui strip clubs.

The room was clean, sofa was outdated. The building and wall in the corridor need fresh coat of paint. The style of the staff's brown uniform reminds me of a slave plantation worker.

The staff at RIU montego bay go above and beyond excellent service. They are always polite. I am from Montréal Canada and we will be coming back for sure. The rooms are clean and so comfortable, the beach is clean and always maintained. Thank you to all the staff.

I wished the dinner reservation was better . I stayed at the resort for 5 days and unfortunately me nor my family of 7 ; could not make a reservation . Dinner reservations was booked two or three days ahead so therefore it left a lot of people who wanted to experience something besides the buffet was disappointed .

Best vacation I ever had. These are not the Jamaicans I’m used to being a New Yorker; 95% of the people were pleasant and accommodating, and almost everyone shared their sense of humor with us. The one problem is as SOON as you step off the property (the KFC is right there but NOT WORTH THE TRIP) there’s 10 guys trying to sell you something for the privilege of escorting you across a 4-lane road; I’m from Brooklyn fam, I definitely got this (herb and the capacity to cross the damn street).

Our first day we encountered some very drunk young ladies. They were blocking the staircase for us to get to our room, when we said excuse us one of the girls said no you wait. Lol like no we have been traveling all day and want to get to our room. They became vulgar and it was a great welcoming. The rooms were very nice we had no issues. The steakhouse was the best out of all the restaurants. Buffet had many choices and I was surprised to see chicken sausage as an option for breakfast as we do not eat pork. Entertainment team was great and the shows at night were also great. Pools were nice, could be cleaner and you have a lot to choose from. We definitely stayed away from the pool bar because it was a wild time in there. This resort is beautiful but this is a party resort. The younger crowd takes over and many drunk people stumbling around.

I went in September and it was still a great time. The entertainment was excellent and the food was very good. There were all types of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s really a good deal and you don’t miss out on any amenities. I would stay here again.
