We stayed in one of the chalets lots of room and nice new bathroom, also liked you had your own marked parking space close to room. "

The room was very clean but has certainly seen better days and the bathroom was very cramped although had a good shower. The hotel is well situated in the centre of Carlisle in the heart of the shopping area. "
