It was perfect for our stay just needing a bed and being gone most of the day. The tub was a slow drainer and it took a few times of them working on it. They were very willing to help out though.

Hotel could use a couple touch ups on standard rooms but overall it was a good hotel with the mall and target very close to it. The overall area near the hotel was quiet no issues.

Everything was fine. Nothing great, nothing awful. The toilet made an unbearable noise so we couldn’t flush at night, there were stains on the pillows and towels but they weren’t dirty, just stained, the carpets were kinda gross but we kept shoes on. Free coffee was a nice perk. Service was not great. Had to pay $3 for basic toiletries most hotels give you that we forgot. Overall, for the price it was fine. But if it were 200 or more a night as some others have paid the rating would be different.

This is a very large hotel. It was clean and staff were all friendly and helpful. Danbury is a good location for Western CT, which we have visited several times. The 1st night an onsite bar was open. Sun. there was a nice couryard garden area near the pool (but the pool was out of site) where we sat in the evening. There was a convenient breakfast buffet you could get in the morning and a restaurant/bar down the street where were ate without reservations needed. Just FYI, our GPS took us to the back entrance, which was locked. Once we realized that's what the gate was, we just drove around to the front. Otherswise the area was easy to get around in.

Avoid at all costs!!! The worst hotel stay we have ever had! The first night the room was chilly, so we turned on the heat. We smelled smoke, and the smoke detector went off. The carpet and the chair were both stained.The bed was lumpy, and they only provided two bath towels despite our paying for three adults in the room. The toilet never worked well and in the morning stopped working all together. We were staying another night, so we stopped at the front desk to ask for a different room. After being very reluctant, staff agreed and assured me that all I would have to do is stop by the front desk and get a new key when we arrived back at the end of the day. Unfortunately, that is not what happened. I had to again justify why we needed a new room to the evening clerk. Once she agreed to give us a new room, we had to go to our old room and wait another twenty minutes for someone to bring us a key to the new room.The second room seemed fine until we tried to shower in the morning.The entire facet portion of the tub fell off and water was shooting out of it.There was no way to take a shower. When we went to the front desk, the response was did you call maintenance? No, we were in pajamas and done with your crappy hotel. At that point we asked for compensation. The front desk person promised to refund one night of the two nights. It has been a week - we have yet to see the refund. No surprise.The place is a dump, and they lied to get us to leave!
