This place was a complete disaster. The room was utterly bare, with paper thin, dirty towels that looked like they were over two decades old. The staff was rude at best, and one of the ladies at the front desk was downright aggressive when I complained about my keys not working for the fourth time. She refused to let me in from outside and told me to go around the building to the back door and use my non-functional key. The back door was unlit and dark, and there were suspicious people staying there. There was even a beat-up car in the back lot running with someone inside, but I couldn’t see them because they were lying down. It was creepy and made me feel unsafe. I left on the second night after the argument with the woman at the front desk. The manager didn’t care about her guests’ experience and didn’t even bother to ask me about it. She took the aggressive employee’s side when the employee called her while she was still yelling at me. She even used race as an excuse, claiming that I expected to be let in because I’m privileged. To make matters worse, they refused to refund the night I couldn’t stay there because of all this. I would give this place a -5000 stars if I could. If you value your health and safety, please stay away from here. It’s absolutely disgusting! I never leave bad reviews about a place I stay at, but I feel obligated to leave this one. Pass this one up!

Drainage in the bathroom was clogged. I reported to the front desk and he told me unless the next day because maintenance had closed. I asked for a new room and he said he didn't have any room available.

The room was nice and clean. Check in and out were fine. Lots of restaurants in the area. Convenient from the high way. We enjoyed ourselves. If I were elderly or super tall I would have been unhappy with how low the toilet commode was.

the room was large and recently painted. There was no art on the walls, no hangers in the limited "closet" and no shampoo or expected bathroom amenities, other than bar soap and toilet paper. Luckily, we only needed a bed for the night which was clean and comfortable. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was just terrible.
