"Manager Snow from the front desk is simply the best, he made our stay so much easier—he even helped us to heat up the dim sum we bought earlier from the famous Cantonese restaurant Taotaoju, my hometown favorite! "Hotel is fine, room had a wonderful view, location was very convenient as well. The hotel rooms are old. Which might look like the marble in the bathroom is kind of moldy, worn off. Rooms are small too, not a convenient layout. Other than that the stay was great. Staff is exceptional."

"The staff of this hotel are exceptional! They ensure every detail is perfect and make it an incredibly memorable experience for the guests. Everyone is treated in a special, personal manner. The food is outstanding- from the breakfast which has everything you could ever desire and tastes amazing to the finer dining restaurants that had dishes comparable to any Michelin star in the world.
