"Room clean but wear and tear is obvious. Need some renovation work done for old countertops and bathtub. Did not eat breakfast. A/C worked fine."

"The facility needs work. The light over the mirror in the bathroom didn't work so you had to turn on the vent/light. When you turn on the vent light after about 20 seconds it started making a loud sqealing noise. The room was a suite so it had a counter and cabinets. The cabinet door was broken completely off the hinges and they just leaned the door against the cabinet. But that was OK because they ran the extension cord for the fridge through that opening:( The bed and sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean. The stay was for 3 nights and they did provide clean towels and dump the trash each day but apparently those little bottles of shampoo and body wash are supposed to last 3 days because they didn't replace the empties after the first day. Same with the coffee and cups, I had to go downstairs each day to get coffee and cups for the room. The sofa had LOTS of stains. I didn't touch it all three days. The mourning staff was very helpful and pleasant."

"This place is a hidden Gem. The pictures represent this newly renovated property correctly! Love, love, love this place. This is my second stay and my go to everytime I am in the area provided they have availability. "
