"Good access from Central Train Station and tram stop. Large lobby. Room amenities very poor. No tea/ coffee in rooms. Very little place to hang clothes. Beds ok. Toiletries frugal. Room cleaning inadequate. Breakfast spread sparse. No onsite restaurant. Room tariff high considering the facilities. Friendly staff"
