Avoid Hotel:Disrespectful Staff & Awful Conditions

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in resolving any of the issues we raised. The rooms were stiflingly hot, and shockingly, the hotel refused to switch on the air conditioning, claiming it was “too expensive” to run. Instead, guests were expected to suffer through the heat. When we requested a fan, we were told none would be provided. We had no choice but to keep the window open all night, which exposed us to constant noise and cigarette smoke from a neighboring guest. This triggered a chest condition and made sleep nearly impossible. Despite raising these concerns, the hotel showed zero willingness to help or even acknowledge the discomfort they were causing. If you value basic comfort, respectful service, and your health, I strongly advise you to stay elsewhere.
