At check-in, there was no welcome, no hello. They saw me and acted as if I didn’t exist. Yet they expect me to be thankful to them. When I left my suitcase with a staff member, he said was “you’re welcome” That was ridiculous and rude. Very unprofessional. and offensive.
The room was dirty, and there was no heating or air conditioning. The bathroom fan was extremely loud and could not be turned off. The secondary lock on my room door didn’t work properly, and one of the cups in the kitchen already had water stains on it.
My room view faced the courtyard. While waiting for the elevator to check out, someone in the hallway suddenly screamed—at 11 in the morning.
There are over a thousand rooms, yet too few elevators. Every time for check-in or check-out, you end up waiting more than 10 minutes.
Paying over $260 (per night)for this nonsense was truly a terrible and disappointing experience.
