"Overall I would say that I enjoyed my stay. Only issue I had with it was once we were waiting to get our room after check in, we decided to wait by the bar area by the lobby and there was one staff there that wasn't very friendly. I figured maybe he was having a bad day, so I left it at that. Throughout the stay while we were there, the attitude didn't seem to change so it was very offputting and honestly, why work there if you are so unhappy? Anyway, everything else was great, hotel itself is beautiful, other staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and rooms clean. I didn't care too much for breakfast buffet, although they did have plenty of options at the buffet. Lunch and dinner were great. I don't feel like there was much entertainment, there was some, but nothing out of this world. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the busy hotel area. Not a good or bad thing, just not much to do at night, but if you're there just to relax, no big deal. A quick taxi ride would take care of that. Grounds are very pretty especially at night. Area is safe and there is a shuttle that frequently passed if you want to go to the other areas. Beach area is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing!! Overall, I had a great time!"

"From the moment we set foot on the property to the moment we left, this vacation was perfection. Everyone at the Ritz Carlton in Aruba went above and beyond to make our time there super special. I plan on definitely returning to this property and I cannot wait to see everyone again. From the many people at the front desk, to the people who assisted with our luggage (Buzz and Erick), to the pool cabana and beach cabana - Gregory who brought us our food and drinks at the pool cabana who made us feel like we were home with family and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gregory. He is a true GEM and they are so lucky to have him there. The only thing that we did not have the time to do was book a spa treatment which I will be sure to do on our next visit to the Ritz in Aruba. As for cleanliness - the place is immaculate. The entire property as well as our room was perfect. I have zero complaints about anything on the property."
