The room was very comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. They were flexible with our late check-in, made arrangements regarding their dogs to ensure we were comfortable, and even prepared a delicious vegetarian breakfast for us. Their thoughtful hospitality made our stay enjoyable.

Summit Villa is a wonderful place to stay that offers more personality and character than a regular hotel. It's a little off the beaten trail but you are rewarded with peace and quiet and beautiful vistas. The property owner and manager were welcoming and helpful and the room and attached private bathroom were clean and comfortable. It's an easy 30 minute drive to Denver Airport, I will definitely stay there again when I'm flying to CO!

Hot Tub was relaxing after long day walking even with visiting in 90 degree weather. Ken and his staff are just excellent! Oliver, the dog, was super cute. The breakfast made by Ken + the conversations during breakfast really made this special. The house was a great place to relax and had everything needed!

Nice rooms. I would have enjoyed a cleaner outside area around the hot tub, which was not that clean and really low water levels. The drive to get there is quite long and the shuttle vehicle was quite rustic. The property owner was enjoyable to hold conversations with

Ken could not have been a more accommodating host, our only regret is only spending one night there with an early departure, so we didn't get to experience his breakfast offerings. 10 out of 10, would happily book there again.
