The property is very old. There were cigarette burns on the sink and bathtub that have to be from 20+ years ago when smoking in a room was still permitted. I checked in very late and the staff was accommodating and I did get into my room. It was clean. There was no signage about WiFi being available or anything, nor anything describing amenities. The building is not marked "Suburban Studios" so was difficult to know I was there. For after hours there is a note on the side of the building with the number to call and it was barely legible. I had to shine my light on it and guess at 2 of the numbers. Parking lot was full, so it was difficult to find a spot to park. It was a busy weekend. Again, the strengths were the people working there, but the facility is old, tired, and not very appealing to the eye. Lots of dope smoking outside so the clientele is what it is.
