The hotel is in serious need of updating. The tub was not clean but probably because it’s so old and damaged. The surface of the toilet seat is peeling. The carpet is frayed and dirty. There was trash under the bed.

Dear Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, I recently spent a week at the Super 8 Westminster (12055 Melody Dr, Westminster, CO 80234), and overall, my stay was great. Mehsan was amazing — very welcoming and attentive to me and my fiancée throughout our stay. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and offers great value. However, I did notice some serious issues that I believe deserve attention. Prostitution and drug dealing appear to be ongoing problems around the property. This is concerning and not acceptable for a hotel under the Wyndham brand. I truly believe Super 8 represents affordable stays in America — just as travelers expect in Europe in 2025 — and I hope Wyndham will take stronger measures to ensure guest safety and maintain the reputation of its properties. Simple steps like better ID verification and camera monitoring could make a big difference. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. Sincerely, Benoit L Zeman

Staff confusion on which room available to rent out. one room had broken toilet, tried to check me into a different room that was being used for storage, the elevator looks like it’s going to break down with doors that barely close. Final try to get a room all appeared well at first then we noticed the sink was clogged and it had a noisy refrigerator keeping us up most of the night. Breakfast was minimal, staff was friendly but not knowledgeable of property.

The absolute worst

They don't trust you enough to bring your breakfast up to your room you have to eat it while they stand there and watch you like a hawk. It's ridiculous. The first floor smells like feet and wet dogs. Seems like every room has something wrong with it and they don't care. I checked out mid-week though I had reserved a whole week. I just couldn't take it anymore.
