Fine for the price, but needs work overall. Good location, walking distance to many things. Good breakfast. Pool and hot tub were fine for my needs. But I got a suite with a kitchen. When I arrived, there were ZERO plates, utensils, pots and pans. I called the desk and threy brought one plate, one bowl, and one fork, spoon, and butter knife. Also when I arrived one of the elevators wasn't working. Though it was fixed same day. And like others said, there’s not much parking. I got a spot, but I arrived early. Staff was nice and friendly. Good for a night or two.

Friendly front staff. Plentiful breakfast options. Suite did look a little bigger in pictures but was still just right for our needs. Easy walking distance access to restaurants and shopping. You do have to pay for parking, but that wouldn't stop me from returning.

What a lovely and unexpected list of amenities. The bed was so comfortable, and the staff was so nice. The breakfast was perfect! This just made staybridge a new go to for future lodging.

The location was good and clean. Only thing that threw me off was that there was no lock on the bathroom. I asked front desk if they had a room with lockable bathroom and they informed me that none of their rooms have locks on the bathroom. I’m gonna guess this was for security reasons so nobody locks themselves in the bathroom. Solution: use a hook lock that is situated at a height of 5 feet on the bathroom door. It can be flicked open from the crack from the outside in case of an emergency.

The staff was terrible (however Jamiah is amazing!!) The hotel had thin walls and the area was unsafe and had a drug dealer hanging out outside. The parking is a nightmare. The food was okay at best. Would not recommend.
