The room was horrifying. I checked and left/checked out within 90 minutes. There was a clear roach infestation. There were at least 10 baby roaches in the bathroom. I decided to tough it out and laid on the bed. I was on the phone when a full grown roach crawled over the pillow right in front of my face. I packed my stuff, reported to the issue to the front office, gave my key card and left. I’d like a refund. It was the worst hotel experience ever and I didn’t even stay the night.
