This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid it at all costs. I left after only a few hours because of the constant noise and people arguing in nearby rooms. The place reeked of smoke, and the room itself was filthy. even the shelves were falling apart. The staff are really nice but hotel needs a revamp. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

When we checked in were giving our key to our room. Turns out someone else was already in the room. Pretty much walked in on him. almost didn't get a king bed room. It was the worst stay I have been at.

The service was excellent however the plumbing system was terrible. We had to switch rooms three times after the first night AND there was a swingers party going on the first night! People partying in the hallway until 2:30 in the morning!

Don’t book here. It smelled like an ashtray and dog pee. When we arrived back late on a Saturday night, the lobby was turned into a nightclub and there were drunk and literally naked people everywhere. Like actually nipples hanging out. We heard multiple fights in the hallways both nights. We learned after the fact that part of this hotel is a homeless shelter which should absolutely be disclosed. This place is insane

Great hotel for the price. Friendly staff, older hotel, but being renovated, and was clean and comfortable. Nearby LoHi, and the concert venue that we went to. We had a nice stay and we’ll stay there again.

Parking area had homeless people, we didn’t feel safe parking our car, the doors on the room was so shifted that we couldn’t open our door, we were assigned a new room and this room was clearly stil under construction. The one bed was covered in mold, lamps were broken the room was dirty. It was AWFUL
