they charged my credit card for "incidentals" but charged my room again. I already paid for the room on Hotels.com. I called the hotel and they said it will take 3 or 4 days to be credited to my account. Give me a break - one night and they CHARGE your credit card and not hold it!

The breakfast was really good. I just wish they had danishes. Staff was nice. Aur conditioner was amazing because we like it as cold as possible. Cold soda would have been nice as I don't drink much coffee. The coffee in the room is way too small.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Back door lock was broken. Room door broken. Toilet was broken and maintenance turned off water to keep it from running. We used ice bucket to flush. Walls covered in drips of whatever. Hot tub had oil slick making it beyond use.
