The price was very good. When we got there, the pool was out of service. Her entire day the drink machine in the continental breakfast area was out of service. Five out of the seven days that we stayed the elevator was out of service. On our last day the elevator was working so we wrote it down and we got stuck in it for about 20 minutes, which as you can imagine was not OK. and the staff was not helpful. or apologetic. made service however, was good.

Decent value for price

Check in was easy. Carpet def needs deep cleaning w/grease spots aplenty. Room clean, bathroom spotless, highly rate cleaning crew. Pillow comfy, bed decent tho well used by depressed areas on each side from sleepers. Very quiet for being close to highway. Food avg. Nice for price.

Much scope for improvement

The receptionist was really unwelcoming. I came with my whole family including my elderly parents. Apart from having an unkind attitude, he didn’t bother to mention that the elevator wasn’t working. It wasn’t operational for the whole trip. When I asked the first time, he wasn’t even apologetic. It was really difficult for my parents to take the stairs every time. The receptionist who was there during the time we checked out, was good and welcoming though. The breakfast and the location was good— that’s why I am giving a 3 star.

The Quality Inn Denver in Westminster is an affordable hotel that offers large, comfortable rooms and good customer service. The continental breakfast is okay. The hotel is located between Boulder and Denver, but it’s easy to confuse with the other Quality Inn in Westminster
