Moral of the story pay the difference to stay in a much better hotel! Everything is out of order and the rooms could use an upgrade. I’d like to say at least the beds were comfortable until I woke up and found cockroaches in the bathroom! Nothing was good about this stay! My kids and I go in late and were just tired from traveling, the man at the desk was very friendly and professional but informed their elevator was out of order, as late as it was I had no choice but to accept that, he put us on the 3rd floor, mind you I am disabled but can take my time and just wanted to sleep. The room was very interesting. There was no conditioner in the bathroom, no lotion, the cheapest shampoo and bar soap you could find, the thinnest crunchiest toilet paper but to make it better the stained dirty carpet that turned the bottoms of your socks black! There’s some sort of dried substance on the ceiling, and in the bathroom, looks a little like blood to me. We weren’t here long so I just wanted to make it work for the night but waking up to cockroaches is what made this the worst place to stay. The guests that stay here are very questionable as well, definitely some working girls stay here with their multiple clients so that was also fun to see.

Stay away from here if you have any other options. Like staying in third world country. Was given plunger when toilet wouldn't work, elevator out of service, abysmal customer service and rough neighborhood. I've stayed in cheap hotels before that were clean and safe and this wasn't one of them. Pretty gross room that hadn't been painted in decades and you should definitely wear shoes on the carpet. The only bright spot is that they did offer a breakfast that it is in the medium range and was good enough. If you can't afford something nicer and you have experience in rougher neighborhoods and just need to sleep real quick this could work, otherwise look elsewhere and pay a few extra dollars.

My wife and I stayed here and found the room to be very dirty, which immediately made us uncomfortable. The employee we dealt with was rude and judgmental, making the experience even worse. The elevator had been broken for quite a while, which was a major inconvenience. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid this place as much as possible.
