We were so comfortable here, it was well worth a bit more of an investment. When booking I wanted to be sure to get a property that didn’t have concerning reviews, and this one won out, though we had to pay a bit more than I wanted. I’m so glad we did! There were many things we didn’t need to buy because the place was well-stocked. It felt more like a hotel than a rental home (In a good way) while still allowing us extra room to spread out for some quiet time or all eat together. I messaged Cindy about some things I wanted to be sure she could address before the next guest (not complaints, but didn’t want to be charged for keeping quiet about things that weren’t working for our visit) and they were addressed immediately, faster than I could believe. What a great house and host!

Winterstorm in Colorado
Cindy and Gabe's listing was the perfect match for our group of 6. Most of our plans were cancelled due to "winter storm" so we spent alot of time at the house. The house was the perfect size for us to gather together or have our own space. The young adults enjoyed the finished basement to hang ALL night, while the older part of our group enjoyed the quiet home feel upstairs. The home was just as listed and we were all very pleased with our stay. Would highly recommend!!

Quick Trip
The property was great, very clean on the inside an as described. I’m really big on beds, and the beds were comfortable. Hot water ran out faster than I would have liked but we did have more than a few people so that could explain it. My only concern was the snow and ice in the driveway. A few of us fell multiple times in the ice. It seemed as if it hadn’t been shoveled since the previous snow fall. Other than that I had a great time. Would book again.
