Room was in good condition when we arrived. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. We were surprised by a $10 per night fee for parking which we were not aware of ahead of time. Never saw any of the cleaning staff. Someone finally cleaned our room on the last day of our four night stay. They never supplied more than one wash cloth. Water was usually no more than just warm for sink and shower. Inclined to cross all La Quinta inns off of our future stays. One positive, the breakfasts were decent. Standard hotel fare.

Housekeeping did not come after requesting. When I went to follow up at the front desk the that evening he states if he could go back in time he would have done it. He also states it was the system. Ice machines on 3 and 2 floor do not work. Also heat lamp in the bathroom was broken

Room was disgusting when I checked in. Requested another room. Was told none were available. Then to check out and be billed for damaged to the room (smoking) as if that wasn't my original complaint is beyond me. Then call to speak with manage about the situation and he begins to get smart with me is totally unacceptable and extremely rude. And his evidence to state i was smoking was cause they found my cigar butt in the trash.(not beacuse they recieved complaints of the smell of smoke when it was a woman staying in the room next to me with an infant; im highly positive she would have smelt it and complained out my 4 days of staying there. And she stayed their 2 of the nights i did. or no burn marks, ash on floor or counter or anywhere in room but my cigar in the trash ..Cause i didnt want to litter and when i was outside smoking i didnt just pluck it on the ground cause there were no smoke station at side entrance. So i brought it back to my room and through it in the trash... That means i smoked in the room and should get a fine is completely ridiculous ... 10 out of 10 don't recommend this place of stay!!

Coming from Arizona I found everything accommodating to our needs. We had no problems and I would definitely rent there again. Maybe it feels cheaper. I’d stay there longer, but since it’s Colorado, we have to go with it.

The room was huge, clean, and very comfortable. The wifi was bad and the pool/hot tub needs new tiles and to be cleaned. Breakfast was good but could have changed the hot eggs/meat option rather than the same thing every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We really loved our room. Perfect for our mother/daughter trip. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel pictures are not true to what this hotel looks like. It is in dire need of some basic repair such as holes in the wall, stains all over the walls, and broken bathtubs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is barely any hot water and the microwave in the room was broken. The pool area is very large and has a lot of potential but the floor is very dirty and parts of the hot tub need to be fixed.

We stayed 3 nights. The 1st morning the hairdryer didn't work. We called housekeeping to request one and she said they would have one right away. We also asked for fresh pillows because the ones we had did not smell fresh, a blanket and fresh towels. I said we only needed the hair dryer right away, the others could be done later in the day. The hairdryer didn't come in 30 minutes, so we left. We returned that night after 9 PM. There was a new hairdryer, but the pillows, blanket & towels had not come, no new coffee set up and trash not emptied. We spoke to Alan the night manager and he got us all the items.When we put the blanket on the bed, it had ink stains and holes. Since it was freshly laundered and late, we kept it. Housekeeping does not bring fresh towels, coffee set up or empty trash unless requested.
