This was our second stay here (the first was two years ago) and we would definitely stay again. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was great with many options, though for anyone who doesn’t eat pork, the protein options were pretty much just eggs (scrambled), eggs (boiled) and yogurt. The hotel is kid-friendly (unless your kid requires a pool). Fitness room was well appointed, even had a ballet barre for stretching and barre workouts.
We love the location for accessing 16th Street/Pavilions. For the Christmas Market at Auraria, it’s a bit of a trek for young kids, but still a good location.
The only negative was a long wait for the elevator on Saturday morning around 9am. We assume it was a timing issue: people checking out, heading downstairs for breakfast, and only two elevators running (four total, one was off our whole stay, one was stuck on an upper floor that morning).
