The battery for my room key died. Originally I thought the key was demagnetized so I went down twice. My room was far from the only working elevator and this process took 1hr and 15 minutes to get fixed. It was late at night and very inconvenient as I had to be up early for work.

Good hotel, parking process unnecessary

The additional process of parking was unnecessary. Why is it needed to receive a small QR sticker that must be scanned and paid for separately just to park in the hotel lot? Why can’t this be done at check-in directly with the check-in staff at the desk? When I inquired, they indicated that the property is owned by the airport. I have not had to do this at any other hotel in this area on Tower Street. Next time, I will stay at one of the other brand hotels that do not require this silly process. Do better!

This property is located near the Denver Airport and the staff was superior in the information they provided about navigating all aspects of the airport from shuttle pick up and drop off locations to rent a car locations. The location was clean and the room was outstanding. Breakfast was good. Only issue is one elevator was out of service. Lots of noise from the planes and trains.

Leaving on a jet plane

We arrived late staff was very nice and accommodating. We were traveling back to Spain with lots of luggage but they made sure our shuttle the next morning was informed and set up. We like the fact you have a refrigerator in room too. It’s a nice place to stay before leaving on a plane!

Lo siento Hotel (Spanish for I’m sorry). Where is hot tub - Lo siento it is broken. Can I get room service from restaurant? Lo siento you have to order and eat there. Lo siento elevator is broken. Lo siento a/c not working. Lo siento room dusty and dirty. Li siento no soup in restaurant only microwaved bar food. Lo siento. Hyatt is old, dilapidated and broken. The room was good, but the shower door had a gap between the door and the stall and water got all over the floor. The airport shuttle was great. The hot tub was broken which was why we chose this hotel for our stay and one of the employees told us it’s been broken for about 6 months. The pool was nice but the second night we went to go for a swim and the pool was “out of order”. Very frustrating. The women employee that checked us in was wonderful and very pleasant. Sorry I am unsure of her name.

The hotel was fine, I just didn’t like how they advertised having a hot tub but it was not working, wasn’t even filled up with water after, which makes me think that’s it’s been rust way for awhile and they didn’t take that amenity off the website. Which to me is ridiculous!
