Sink faucet needs to be fixed. Dirty and missing caulking. Additional charge at checkout that wasn't disclosed. Desk person pointed at the end of the counter where a small placard with small print was setting and said, "there it is." This location is defiantly off my list for my frequent trips to the Denver area.

Arrived, Pool was closed, 1st room didn't have working A/C, and found out that you needed to pay extra for Breakfast. That is just not clear when booking and should be included, even if continental. Lastly, this property was very clean. Cleaning staff did a great job. But, the property is several years behind needing updating. Carpet, furniture and fixtures are fairly worn and need replacing to maintain Holiday Inn standards.

The pool was very nice. The temperature was just right. The spa tub was very relaxing. It seems to be an older hotel in need of some renovations. The carpets smell musty and old. The beds were comfortable.
