Upon arrival, I was informed that I would have to pay $15 a night for parking which was a downfall. Also, breakfast is not free. The bed was rock hard and there was a really loud noise every 10 to 15 minutes and we could not figure out what it was But it went off all night long. Rooms are very small. But the staff was very friendly. The hotel itself is really nice but would probably not stay here again. also, our room was facing a very busy road and you could hear the traffic all day and night.

This was an interesting stay. The room was so hot because it got blasted by the sun and had old windows and a slider. The slider wouldn't even lock. The shower caulk was moldy. The carpet was dirty eventhough it looked like the room had been remodeled recently. It was a mess but everyone was SO nice so I hate to give it a less than stellar review.

The front desk receptionist was nice and friendly. But as we walked into our room it had a horrible stench. The carpets were stained. The door to patio was broken and unable to open. The connecting door to the room next door was cracked and painted over and over. Door would not close correctly. We ask for another room. Second room was clean but due to the first room. We decided to leave the hotel and stay else where. Pictures online make the hotel seem nice and new and updated but it was not what an HIG hotel should look like!!! Never staying there!

Found multiple roaches & bugs in the room. Did not feel clean at all. It was clear that this is an old hotel that has tried a face lift in the last few years. The lobby was really nice and the employees were extremely kind, though.

Very clean, was very comfortable beds, by the last day was an odd smell through the building, in the parking lot saw a person sleeping between 2 mattresses by the dumpster (was odd). But overall really enjoyed the place.

The first room we got had a leak. We had to check in again for the new room. The second room we got, the tub was flooded anytime you’d shower, it needed to get unclogged (kinda gross) We also paid for a king size bed suite and were given a room with 2 small full size beds. When we called to ask the front desk, they said those beds sold out? I wish they could’ve maybe thrown in something to make the stay better.
