Everything about this stay was wonderful. From check in to drinks and dinner at the bar. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant to spend time. After my stay I realized I had forgotten my makeup bag in the bathroom. The staff has been so helpful in helping me to get it back! We will be back :)

The hotel was nice on the outside and even the lobby was quite welcoming. However, as we were paying for our rental and being told about the parking fees, we are warned that break ins were an issue in the past month. What is the point of the parking fee if the hotel isn't guaranteeing safety in anyway? The parking lot wasn't busy in the slightest either the three days we were there. The room thankfully was nice, but could use some refurbishing. The hotel was in a good spot too, so restaurants and attractions weren't too far away. We only saw employees once, and that was the day we checked in. Overall, a pretty mid experience.

I asked for a room with a roll in shower. While the bedroom area was very nice, the bathroom was in a terrible state. Grab bars and shower bench both looked like they were about to fall out the wall. I was afraid to use the shower as it looked unsafe. The vanity has already separated from the wall by at least 1/2 inch. Drain in vanity backed up every time we used the sink. Has housekeeping never mentioned these deficiencies to maintenance? Ice machine on 5th floor didn’t work. I paid for breakfast when I made the reservation and the Hilton site said custom order breakfast was available but nowhere was there any indication of how to order. No attendant was to be seen. This Hilton was very disappointing and I will not be staying there again.
