The hotel was beautiful , staff was nice. My issue was with the charges for parking and my room had 3 trash cans with no bags in them. There was a constant alarm sound coming from either a room next to me or above me and i was there 4 days. Came for work, but was unable to check my emails from the room as i was having nothing but issue with the wifi. The website wanted you to pay for different types of wifi.

We were so glad to be back at the Hampton’s Inn at Gateway park. The friendly staff makes traveling with children more enjoyable. Thanks for having high chairs available and to the ladies that do the breakfast for putting cartoons on for our early risers. Also I love that there’s always coffee, water and tea downstairs.

We were only there one night to be close to the airport, but I have to say that the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Will stay there again in the future if I need to be near the airport. Also need to mention that the price was very reasonable when compared to the other hotels in the area for that night.

Clean rooms, good size rooms, maybe get some firmer pillows. Hot tub didn’t really have a lot of power coming from jets. The worst experience was the elevator being down for 3 days. Still wasn’t working when we left. General manager did not seem to offer to bring bags down due to the fact that I’m partially disabled and we were 5 floors up. It would have been a nice offer.

Unexpected $12 fee for parking. Ridiculously bright outlet light in the suite that I had to cover up in order to sleep. Housekeeping entered the room before 8am. The hotel was dated and worn. Beds were okay.
