CLEAANNNNNNNNN. DID I MENTION CLEANNN??!The check in process couldn’t have been easier. This was my first time ever renting a property for a vacation weekend, and I was so worried that *I would screw something up, but Cynthia made everything simple, and the warm touches waiting on us when we arrived were just so nice. Check-out requests were kept pretty simple, also. Little gathering up to do with things in the home that we used, but really, nothing you wouldn’t do in your own home. I was so happy with how well this stay worked out for us. 10/10 property host

I’d like to share the pros and cons from my perspective: PROS: Super clean, well equipped for our week stay, large master bedroom, very comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood. CONS: I assume the photos were taken several years ago as the condition of the home was disappointing. Examples: The door out to the garage looked like it had previously been broken into and the deadbolt no longer worked. There was water damage by the slider in the kitchen and the wood flooring was coming apart. Additionally, the photos of the yard look like it’s private, however it is not and it’s open to other’s yards only divided by a picket fences.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It fit our needs perfectly. Cynthia was a pleasure to work with. It was the sweetest surprise having cereal and milk ready to use on our arrival. It kept us from unloading our very large ice chest for just 2 nights. We'd definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as posted , and we were welcome with donuts and a sweet note, everything was very clean and Cynthia was a wonderful host, great communication, especially when I accidentally locked the thermostat. The house is in a very nice neighborhood. Only about 20 minutes from all shopping and restaurants.

Home away from home. Very clean. Great communication and friendly host. We came in from California to visit with my son, daughter in-law and 9month old grand baby who lives in the springs. This property had everything we needed. Close to the airport and shopping. Plenty of towels & the kitchen had everything we needed to make home cooked meals. We really enjoyed our time.

Great location for a four day stay for three couples! It's close to the airport and Aurora Sports Park. The house even had a rolling cooler and camping chairs for guests to borrow, which is exactly what we needed for the softball tournament. Great communication with the owners. I highly recommend!

Thanksgiving trip

We came to Colorado for Thanksgiving with family and had the opportunity to stay at this residence. It was cozy, the beds were comfortable and perfect for what we needed. It was close to DIA and not far from Southlands. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate. While we didn't use the kitchen, it seemed to have everything someone would need. Communication with Cynthia was also excellent. Would very much recommend staying here.
