No simple amenities like free coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Sure you can go to the Starbucks downstairs or make it in your room but just some coffee would not be a big ask. They did have infused ice water in the lobby but when it’s 25 degrees it was not too appealing

They did not let us know that the pool was closed that the hot tub was closed when the whole reason for booking with this hotel was for the pool and the hot tub and then they still have not refunded me my deposit and it's showing that they charged me a fee for something I have no idea what it was even for because I didn't use anything from their hotel or buy anything while I was there we were literally there long enough to sleep and leave for my daughter's surgery the following morning
