Excellent location. Restaurant and bakery located in the hotel. Small parking lot. Housekeeping missed our room one day but the front desk offered to send them to the room at 7:30 PM but we declined. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.

Very clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times from front desk to security. The housekeeping did knock on both of our doors at 8 am to let us know check out is at 12 pm. Which was odd. Parking was easy. I used the 24-7 market which was very convenient. Overall great stay.

Would stay here again but there are some kinks

Very spacious room and great staff. When we asked for towels, we got them right away. Rooms are spacious. Great location on 16th street mall. Nicely decorated 1st floor with lots of meeting space. Problems are dim lighting in bathrooms, small issues with maintenance and housekeeping, wish they served breakfast, parking is expensive, and mattresses are so-so.

Great hotel and very convenient.

Whenever you book a hotel to a city you've never visited your never sure how it will work out. This time it was a home run. This hotel is excellent, very centrally located and walkable to a lot of great locations. The property is very well maintained, and the service is excellent. Would definitely recommend. If you need Uber service, there is never an issue.

Check staff person was friendly and informative. Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The location was great and in close (15 minutes) of Ball Arena. We would stay here again.

Great location with access to 16th street mall bus for Union Station and Coors field. Friendly staff. The only fault is they don’t have coffee in the lobby. The location was tops though!
