Our comfortable and stylish loft condo sits in a prime downtown Denver location in the historic Five Points neighborhood. The upstairs loft bedroom offers a quiet, cloud-like retreat, while the main level features a queen Murphy bed to comfortably accommodate additional guests.

You’ll be just 3 blocks from Coors Field and 1 block from the RTD light rail, with easy access to the Convention Center, Ball Arena, Mile High Stadium, and other top downtown destinations. The Lobby restaurant is located on the ground floor of the building for convenient brunch and dinner, and Great Divide Brewery is directly across the street for local craft beer.

Residents have access to the condo, shared courtyard, and on-site laundromat for added convenience. The bedroom is located on the second floor and includes a queen-size bed with quality linens.

We provide essential amenities including a drip coffee maker, approximately 1.5 sets of towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies to help you settle in.
