Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott Denver Aurora was practical and met expectations for a large chain hotel near the airport. It’s a fairly basic property, which is what we anticipated, and it worked well for a short stay. We stayed two separate nights, one week apart. On our first stay, there was bottled water in the room - which, in my view, is a minimal courtesy for any hotel. During our second stay, there was no water provided, and when we asked, we were told the hotel is not required to provide it. That felt disappointing, especially given the inconsistency. Additionally, charging for parking felt excessive, particularly since there aren’t many alternative options nearby. Overall, it served its purpose as a convenient stopover, but don’t expect extra touches or added value beyond the basics.

Day shift front staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean but could have been cleaner. Im a but OCD about showers and I needed to clean myself so there was no mold appearance. Gym was good and had all the necessities. Laundry room is a perk to prevent taking dirty clothes back. Was not offered expedia vip perks until it was time to check out so we didnt get to use them. Didnt like having to pay for parking in an area where there was not a lot of traffic nor competition. It should be free.
