Waited an hour for a room (scheduled 3months in advance) after having to uber to the hotel because the shuttle did not show up (waited 1hr) at airport after calling 10x times with no answer. They promise ever 30min shuttle service… The rooms were clean and fine for the price.

The man who worked the early morning that we checked in was very rude. Our flight was delayed and we never saw the hotel shuttle and had to uber to the hotel. The man who worked on early Sunday morning, August 3rd was rude and told us we didn’t have a room and he told me to call Expedia. He was rude to another guest as well. Then he found that I had checked in the day before and he found my paperwork but he never apologized for being rude to us. We were very disappointed with the service and will never go back there again.

Nothing was working. After a long day my room card didn’t work so I had to go downstairs again to get it fixed. I wanted to use the fitness center and my room key didn’t work. Front desk said no one’s key was working. Asked for cleaning a few times and it wasn’t done.

This hotel is more or less clean, but not super up to date. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. It was one of the more high-quality standard hotel breakfasts I had. Typically not a huge fan of them but this hotel had some really decent quality food.
