I had a very disappointing stay at this Motel 6. The airport shuttle took a full hour to arrive, and when it finally did, the driver didn’t offer any help with our luggage, so our bags ended up taking seats on the shuttle. The shuttle seats were worn and dirty, and the seatbelts didn’t work. The shuttle is shared across several hotels so we suspect this is why it took longer. We opted to pay for an uber the next morning for our flight so we could have a reliable form of transportation.
When we got to the room, we found ants in the toilet, which was unsettling. Visible disrepair around the room. The check-in experience was not pleasant - staff was not friendly or welcoming at all.
Basic necessities weren’t guest-friendly: toothbrushes cost a dollar from the vending machine, and we ended up spending $2 because the machine took our money. We chose not to ask staff for help because we wanted to avoid another uncomfortable interaction.
