Called hotel from DFW around 645pm and went to designated D40 courtesy van waiting area immediately. Hotel front desk told me the shuttle should be there within 15 to 20 minutes. But waited for 35 minutes no shuttle. Tried to call hotel front desk to follow up on shuttle status, nobody answered. So finally had to pay $18 Uber to go to hotel. This overnight stay is for my return flight connection. I also stayed at this same hotel for my outbound connection, and that time shuttle pick up from airport in the evening and shuttle pick up from hotel the following morning to the airport both worked. Hotel hot breakfast was great.

Hotel was clean. Front desk staff friendly. Breakfast served 6-9 on weekends but there was only bread in the breakfast area at 8:45. So if you eat late don’t expect much. Maids park their carts in middle of narrow hallways and don’t try to move them over. Unmarked wet floors at entryways. Overall good but a little discourteous.

The hotel is very clean and nice rooms. 20 a day to leave your vehicle and catch the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was a bit sketchy, driver thought he was a race car driver. But all in all Id recommend both the hotel and the shuttle. The shuttle was spot on for picking me up.

Booked two Rooms. Both TVs not working.When i brought up the matter to the front office Manager , she was rude and had an attitude.When told her not to be rude and , she told me that i had an attitude. I did not know that bringing to notice about problems with service was showing attitude.

The room in the hotel itself were fine nothing great but for the price it’s fine. What’s not fine as the fact that I booked on hotels.com so I was charged by hotels.com but then when I got to the hotel, they charged me again and also charged me $85 for an early check-in even though they gave us our keys at 2:15 and we went up to the room and it wasn’t even clean until 245. Only 15 minutes before check-in time. Of course I didn’t notice it right away because we are so busy during our stay, but we’re checking out on Sunday I talked to the staff at the front desk, who was very apologetic, but said there was nothing she could do about it except for passed along to her manager, who wouldn’t be in until 10 AM on Monday. So here I am out over $250 and I have to wait until the manager comes in
