Room was clean and spacious. Lobby and halls could be updated. I stayed during the ice storm and this was one of the few properties that kept a reasonable price. Free airport shuttle was not provided as advertised due to weather.

The room was fine, but the walls are paper thin. The room next to us turned on their TV blasting at four in the morning. I don’t know if they checked out and left the TV on or why they were so disco courteous. That woke us up. Our room was also overlooking the railing into the lobby and picked up all the sound. The breakfast was so mediocre. Almost inedible. Didn’t have a lot of options because of the snowstorm in DFW so was grateful that we got a room in the end.

the room was clean, the staff isn't necessarily friendly but not rude, the hallways are eerily dark which is odd. Id love if BOTH elevators worked again again all fixable things. Bottom line room was clean, bedding was clean, parking lot is safe & very well lit. I'll continue to stay here when i come to Dallas on business

The room was very clean and the breakfast was also pretty good with a number of options like sausages, omelette, waffles, fruits, cereals, bread, butter, etc. The staff were very friendly and the airport shuttle was also very helpful. They had free coffee and water as well 24x7 at the reception area.

Customer service was terrible I tried to buy the insurance and the link wouldn’t work and then my flight was cancelled and refund for the room wasn’t available. This is a huge snow storm shutting down the US (fern) not fair to take advantage of a storm like this . I will never stay at any hotel links to this company.
