After arriving the 2nd night to the hotel in the evening, we realized Shower gel needed refill and when called lobby, we were advised Staff was not available and we had to wait until 8 or 9 Am the next morning.

Stayed the weekend for Subie Fest Texas

Kitchen was fully stocked. The bed was so comfortable. The area of the hotel was in a great location and parking was easily accessible. There is a delicious restaurant next door that you can walk to. The front desk made check in and check out a breeze. I definitely recommend staying here and should I have any future business in Dallas, I’ll stay again.

Clean room, good breakfast, staff was friendly. Only issues I had was parking lot and area was a bit out dated and felt old. Room A/C unit when on sounded a bit like a jack hammer was tolerable but a bit loud at night, TV was good but picture was dark and couldn't adjust it to make it brighter. Overall would stay there again for sure everything I needed was close by or a short drive away.
