The staff at the hotel were lovely. My room was very old and dated. I tried everyday several times a day unsuccessfully to connect to the internet. My tv kept turning off and changing channels on its own. Maintenance said I had one of the oldest tvs in the hotel. Almost no hot water and the food in the restaurant wasn’t good. Sending back my food several times. I remember living in Dallas when those hotel was built and at the time it was very nice. Sad to see it in such disrepair. The good news is the hotel is under renovation. I hope they return to a great place

The lobby/atrium of the hotel was freezing. The beds were too hard and pillows were awful. After running water in bath. The pipes would make noise like a jack hammer.we were asked if we wanted maid service and we said yes. She never came.

I was in town for the Dallas convention. We did not have hot water for the first two days. We asked them to fix it and they didn’t come! We had to ask again the next day. The water was really cold and it was a poor start to our long day.

The lobbys are lovely and the restaurants are all great. Love the concept of Counteroffer. Staff all helpful and friendly Only neg is the sound proofing of the door between lock off rooms. I could hear every word the other room was saying. Luckily they went to bed early. Atrium 10th floor.

I booked this hotel for the indoor pools. I tried to get in and could not find a way into the pool area. All the doors were locked and then a man told me they closed them. My shower was horrible in the room and made a loud noise the whole time. The bathtub filled up with water and did not drain fast. The service at the restaurant was horrible.

The property was very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Cutest holiday decorations and popups for fotos. Children entertainment with mobile train rides, bounce houses and hot chocolate and smores. Making plans to return for the summer.

The staff was great. Our room did not have a window, which we didn’t know. Also the shower drain was painfully slow and water pooled to our ankles when we showered.

Room wasn't same as booked, room we did get was't ready until 30-55 min after we're arrived and it was hours after expected check in time. Bell boy was consistently not at desk, called about bar pool being opened before booking, claimed it was but it wasn't. Room was dusty. Toilet made an extremely loud noise when flushed. Had to flush twice to stop it. Overall people were nice but didn't offer much accommodation for the shortfalls.
