Had cold water in my shower and it wasn’t draining. The sink either had hot or cold water nothing in between. My hands are still burning from using the hot water. They gave me 30 credit for food but could barely cover dinner. I wanted basic requirements for what I paid for:hot water. They refused to compensate me properly. I paid for a 4 star hotel experience and was very much disappointed.
