The room was great, But we had 14 hour flight Australia and was really looking forward to that jacuzzi bath when we got there. The best we could get was Luke warm water at best, and the jets just barely worked on the tub. We were really disappointed. Needless to say we will no be sty here again.

Staff was amazing. Cleanliness was decent. Housekeeper was also amazing. The bed had the frame off on the rails between the wall and bed ( small space) and it got my ankle. Beds are not the greastest for comfort.The temperature is finiky. Hot water for the shower does take awhile(we were 3rd floor). Overall we would stay here again. The staff was awesome and that makes hiving it a second chance possible.

Not entirely what I expected. Had to clean up the sofa bed before we were able to use it. No bedsheets and pillows and I had to go get them. I've seen better standards. For a non smoking hotel, the elevator always smelled like weed with some guest not adhering to the hotel instructions.

Would not recommend. - All cameras have been removed in this hotel. - The elevator shakes and stops mid floor. - The stair way is dim and again, no cameras. We can see where the camera should go because the casing and wire is still there. - Small roaches in random areas. - Hotel room has not been vaccumed. - Parking lot is dim. - AC in the room didn't work well and our room was warm through the night.

Great front desk

Window was open when we first checked in. Pillows were in bad shape but desk service help us out. The front desk is what made this a great stay. We needed a little more time because of one of us not feeling well from a cold and they were extremely accommodating with out check out. There was always someone around at the desk as well.

If you need a place to sleep and don't mind smells and dampness in the room. It's the right place at the right price for the location. The price is fantastic when compared to similar properties. However, the amenities can't compete. Again, if you are in a pinch and need a place to sleep, it will work.

Hotel waa clean and comfortable, however we were very disappointed to find out the airport shuttle service starts 8am and ends early too. The whole purpose of choosing this hotel was for the airport shuttle. Was very disappointed to find out we could not use it for the departure or arrival of our trip.
